Foot treatment
Podiatry
We treat feet that hurt, crack or will not heal, and toenails that grow in. Podiatry is not a beauty treatment: we deal with the problem and look for its cause, so it comes back as rarely as possible.
We see patients in Szaflary and Zakopane, and we also make home visits.

Manual therapy and exercises chosen for what actually hurts. The first visit is an assessment — the plan comes out of it, not the other way round.

Wound care
Wounds that have not healed for weeks need more than a plaster. We treat them systematically, with dressings matched to the stage of healing.
We see patients in Zakopane, and we also make home visits.

EMS and nutrition
Training and diet
Twenty minutes of EMS training works the deep muscles that ordinary exercise reaches more slowly. Nutrition advice runs alongside, because one rarely works without the other.
